We no longer run on a fixed time slot. Do note that the session duration would be either 2 hours or 3 hours depending on the ticket type you purchased. You may come anytime within our operating hours and your play session will start at the point of entry.
Mon – Fri: 10:30am – 8:00pm
Sat, Sun, Public Holiday and School Holidays: 10:30am – 9:00pm
Peak hours include weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, as defined by the Ministry of Education (MOE).
Booking of tickets must be made online. We do accept walk-ins over the counter however, it is subjected to availability. To avoid disappointment, we would recommend pre-booking of tickets.
Yes, re-entry is allowed as long as it’s within your play session.
The 3 hours ticket is online exclusive and ticketing sale will be closed one day before your selected visit date. (E.g. For a 3 hour visit on 2 May 2023, the ticket will need to be purchased before 10.30am on 1 May 2023).
Yes, you may do a top-up over the counter at $5 per 30 mins for additional playtime.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
Cleanliness and safety have always been of utmost importance. Tayo Station is cleaned and sanitised every day after the operating hours.
Contactless payment is preferred. We accept Visa or Mastercard (Credit Card and/or Debit Card). Please approach our staff at the point of purchase for assistance

There are no toilets located inside the park, the nearest toilet would be located inside E-Hub.
Do note that grip socks are compulsory for all children inside the park. For adults, fully-covered socks are required. If you do not have any grip socks, you may purchase them over the counter at $3.50 each.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the collection of used socks.
However, we would encourage you to recycle your used or damaged grip socks for an environmentally sustainable future.
